BRAND NEW REMIX of my crazy country pagan song called WOMAN IN THE WOODS (she´s up to no good) that folks love. Added fabulous Oakland violinist ALISON BALANO playing a cajun country fiddle. WOMAN also on the new cd SWALLOW THE MOON fall of 2023 but this is the NEW version! It is about being a witch but written from the perspective of a "good church going woman" who cannot understand how a woman can live alone in the woods, the whole town is judging her but this woman is a little bit interested and intrigued.

they say she eats barks and leaves
but no one here in town knows what to believe
all the womenfolk put her down
cause she lives in the woods not here in town

who knows what she does out there
running around in her underwear
